ELEKTRO-CEM Michalski, Gleń, Ziółkowski Sp.j. was established in 2006 as an independent company as the result of Górażdże CEMENT S.A. restructuring. Operation and maintenance of machines, equipment and high/low voltage electric and energy installations, as well as gas boilers was excluded from the activity of Górażdże Cement S.A.

Currently, the Company provides repair, maintenance and installation services for Górażdże Cement S.A. HeidelbergCement Group, Cementownia Odra in Opole and other companies in the region.

The Company was founded by three former employees of Górażdże Cement S.A. HeidelbergCement Group.

The Company is seated in Chorula at Cementowa 1 street, on the premises of Górażdże Cement Plant. It includes maintenance and repair infrastructure, warehouses, as well as social and office rooms.
